going clean

going clean is not always cheaper - not exactly the content you thought you would see from me, today, huh?

it CAN be cost effective - and budget friendly (hello ditching + switching with products that work + last)

one 14.4 OZ bottle of thieves household concentrate costs $23.50 + makes roughly 60 16 OZ spray bottles - making it about $0.39 a bottle. cheaper than your average cleaner. plus you can use it on every surface of your home.

ningxia comes out to $3 a packet, cheaper than your daily starbucks - i know some of you are thinking “but katherine i make coffee at home”, wellllll it’s not cheaper than your coffee at home (depending on how you make it) BUT it has so many benefits you won’t get from coffee + sugar.

oils (upfront) can seem to cost more than candles, air freshners, + room deodorizers, but they last longer, smell better, + don’t wreck havoc in your body. (AND they actually work + support you)

supplements are not the first thing you want to spend your money on, but it’s likely the only way some of these necessary vitamins + minerals will get into your body.

however you choose to go clean, whatever that means to you, doesn’t automatically mean it is cheaper. But it can be. + it’s 10000% worth it. You are worth the investment, your health is worth the investment, your mental clarity, your families health, the safety of your home, the knowing you’re doing all you can to support your body, it’s worth the cost.

going clean may not always be cheaper upfront, but it is always worth it.
